This strategic expansion marks a significant milestone in the Academy’s mission to develop a skilled healthcare workforce across the region.

CSM Academy Malaysia will begin operations by offering a suite of short healthcare courses that have been widely delivered and well-received in Singapore. These include highly sought-after programmes such as the Clinic Assistant Series Course, Phlebotomy Course, and Caregivers Course, among others. These short courses are designed to equip learners with practical, job-ready skills to meet immediate and growing industry demand.

Following its initial offerings, CSM Academy Malaysia will progressively introduce the Academy’s full portfolio of programmes — spanning both its core healthcare qualifications and complementary disciplines such as Tourism and Hospitality. This phased roll-out is aimed at ensuring a high-quality, consistent learning experience aligned with the institution’s established standards in Singapore.

Later in 2026, the JB branch will launch its comprehensive healthcare diploma programmes, including the Diploma in Healthcare Management and the Diploma in Individual Support (Aging & Disability). These qualifications will play a significant role in developing competent caregivers and healthcare professionals to support the rapidly expanding needs of the global aging population.
